Emil Rønne Bjørn (b. 2001) is a Danish classical pianist with a focus on contemporary music and performance practice. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at the Danish National Academy of Music, where he studied with Christina Bjørkøe, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Piano Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in London.
Emil has reached a wide international audience through his piano performances on social media . Across platforms, his content has accumulated over 75 million total views, introducing classical piano to listeners far beyond the traditional concert hall.
Emil’s skills in capturing online audiences have led to collaborations across genres and industries, including video and podcast projects with piano companies such as Juhl-Sørensen and Keybird, as well as musicians including Tanja Zapolski, Jean-Baptiste Doulcet, Svaneborg Kardyb, and Mathias Heise.
As an artist, he has also worked with the online presentation of interdisciplinary art projects, notably as part of the art trio Justus and in collaboration with renowned artist Marco Evaristti.
Emil has given lectures and performed at notable venues and festivals such as Axelborg, Nimb, and Nyborg Slot Concerts, and has appeared as a live performer on TV 2 Denmark.
